"As I continue my inner work journey, my biggest concern coming to the women’s workshop was that I might not develop any deep insights or 'aha' moments. Overcoming Fear and Finding a Lifelong Connection
"My biggest fear before I came to the women’s workshop was being close to the horses. I have always had a slight fear of lack of control with large stock animals. I had no idea how horses could help me learn about myself and what I want to change. I left this session being so comfortable with horses that I had Cody following me around the arena without even talking or telling him what to do. I was able to brush the horse that didn’t like being brushed after building the trust, and for me, that feeling made me feel capable of achieving anything. I left not only not being scared of horses but also falling in love with them. This horse knew me and what I wanted, and he helped me at the beginning of my journey, and he will be in my journey for the rest of my life, guiding me every step of the way. I can’t say what my favorite part of the workshop was. Everything! I couldn't have asked for a better group of women and an amazing team of horses, and Jess couldn't have been any more better of a guide. She has the values and experience to be able to teach this to the world. I think if I had to choose my favorite part, it would be going through my journey over that weekend with the horses and really watching how they take everything on and creating the strongest bond with them that I never thought would be there. I made myself a best friend. For anyone looking at doing a women’s program, 100% try it and ignore any fearful thoughts and just do it. You come out of it with a completely different view on life and decisions. The Universe will give you the right timing, and if it doesn’t work out, try again, and eventually everything happens for reasons."
