WHAT IT IS:

Help your team get clear on how they want people to feel—and not feel—at work. This workshop uses the Emotional Culture Deck, a hands-on card-based tool that makes it safe and simple to talk about the emotional drivers of culture — even when team members aren't comfortable or familiar with using the "F" word at work! (Feelings of course). This spark-style version of the ECD workshop guides leaders through real conversations about emotional drivers, behaviour, and workplace culture and the cards make it safe and simple to talk about the emotional drivers of culture.

Our Behavioural Profiling workshops uses Extended DISC to uncover both your team’s natural behavioural blueprint (how they show up when they’re not under pressure) and their adapted energy (how they believe they need to show up at work). This dual insight reveals powerful patterns around stress, overcompensation, and emotional fatigue—insights that many profiling tools miss.

"Hi, I’m Jess Keenan, founder of Leading Change Experiences, based at Willalooka in the SE of South Australia.

I am dedicated to developing grounded leaders and building connected, emotionally intelligent teams that optimise their time, energy, and outcomes.

I have a background in agriculture, beginning my career as an agronomist before supporting my ex-husband manage beef properties, to later transitioning from managing to running a fencing contracting business. I spent years living and working in rural and remote areas, gaining first hand insight into what really shapes the workplace experience—not just the job itself, but the people you’re doing it with.

Over time, I noticed a common thread: no matter the location or industry, the quality of any workday came down to one thing—who I worked with, and who I worked for.

Today, I specialise in the human side of business—where leadership, communication, emotional fitness, behaviours, and self-awareness are the keys to thriving team cultures. My experiential workshops help teams get unstuck, see themselves clearly, and take practical steps toward stronger relationships, healthier dynamics, and more intentional leadership."
