Culture Tune Ups*
(*"Culture Tune Ups"— The moments where the emotional undercurrent of the team needs attention, and culture isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the heartbeat of getting things back on track)
Every team member brings more than just their role to work — they bring their whole human experience.
They juggle competing priorities, tasks, deadlines and leadership demands while managing emotions, relationships, and energy levels that don’t get left at the office door.
Many silently question their confidence, feel emotionally triggered by workplace dynamics, or find themselves constantly drained.
At Leading Change, we work with this reality — not against it.
We honour the lived experience of every individual, helping teams and leaders create cultures where people feel seen, supported, and aligned with how they actually want to feel at work.

That’s why Sprint Workshops are designed to surface the emotional and behavioural undercurrents shaping your team culture, before they turn into turnover.
WORKSHOP NAME:
Turning behavioural insight into smarter teamwork and stronger leadership
WORSHOP DURATION:
There is lot's of flexibility with profiling and how it may be delivered to individuals or teams.
Standard workshop is 3-4 hours in length. Options available for remote delivery via zoom.
WHAT IT IS:
This isn’t your average personality workshop.
AgriPROFILING goes deeper than external traits — it helps you de-code the behavioural blueprint of your people and your team. You’ll explore both the natural behavioural style (how someone is wired to show up) and their adapted style (who they think they need to be at work). This contrast reveals where your people thrive — and where they’re stretching, compensating, or burning out. These 3–4 hour workshops provide a critical baseline for any people or team development. Without this awareness, real growth is guesswork.
What sets AgriPROFILING apart is its ability to surface the emotional drivers behind behaviour — frustration, pressure, uncertainty, disengagement — the stuff that doesn’t show up in standard team reports but absolutely shapes performance, culture, and leadership.
For leaders, this means greater clarity on how to support your people, lead with impact, and make informed decisions.
For teams, it creates shared understanding, stronger communication, and the groundwork for lasting behavioural change.
It’s not just insightful — it’s a tool to de-code how your team really works, and spark the kind of change that shifts how people relate, perform, and lead together.

Custom 20 page report for every team member PLUS Tailored Bonus Report for Leaders/Business Owners -
Unlock powerful insights with the optional 20-page reports included in your AgriProfiling experience.
For individual team members, the report offers a personal decoding of their mindset, behavioural patterns, communication habits, and energy drainers. This level of self-awareness is the foundation for real growth — helping them work smarter, reduce friction, and unlock more of their potential.
As a leader, you gain a deeper lens into your team — not just who they are, but how they function under pressure, what’s driving their behaviour, and the hidden emotional factors that impact performance, motivation, and communication. These are the insights most managers never get access to — and they can change how you lead, coach, and support your people. You’ll also receive a Team Culture Summary Report— a behavioural snapshot of your team as a whole. It reveals the group’s natural tendencies, communication strengths, blind spots, and how these patterns affect trust, collaboration, and overall performance.
This report doesn’t just provide insight — it sparks change. It gives leaders and teams the practical tools to shift how they work together and elevate performance from the inside out.

WORSHOP DURATION:
2-hour workshop as an introduction or 4-hours for the full workshop. Please note: The 4-hour workshop can be split across two sessions.
WHAT IT IS:
Help your team get clear on how they want people to feel—and not feel—at work. This workshop uses the Emotional Culture Deck, a hands-on card-based tool that makes it safe and simple to talk about the emotional drivers of culture — even when team members aren't comfortable or familiar with using the "F" word at work! (Feelings of course). This spark-style version of the ECD workshop guides leaders through real conversations about emotional drivers, behaviour, and workplace culture and the cards make it safe and simple to talk about the emotional drivers of culture.
WHY IT MATTERS:
Emotions Govern Behaviours.
This workshop is one of the most immersive and practical ways to create meaningful change in team behaviour and culture. It gets to the heart of what drives people – emotion – and helps your team connect that to real actions they can commit to. Participants walk away feeling seen, heard, and clear on how to contribute to the culture they want to be part of. It builds buy-in, ownership, and trust – all through a process that feels surprisingly fun, creative, and insightful. The result? A team that feels more aligned, accountable, and connected, with behaviours mapped to values and an emotional culture they’ve had a hand in shaping.
KEY OUTCOMES:
A shared language around what matters most in your workplace culture
Agreed behavioural shifts that support the way your team wants to feel and function
Stronger personal ownership of the team experience and the culture you're building together
Re-align your team culture with values and behaviours that support wellbeing and high performance
A practical foundation to lead culture from within – not just top-down

I have a background in agriculture, beginning my career as an agronomist before supporting my ex-husband manage beef properties, to later transitioning from managing to running a fencing contracting business. I spent years living and working in rural and remote areas, gaining first hand insight into what really shapes the workplace experience—not just the job itself, but the people you’re doing it with.
Over time, I noticed a common thread: no matter the location or industry, the quality of any workday came down to one thing—who I worked with, and who I worked for.
Today, I specialise in the human side of business—where leadership, communication, emotional fitness, behaviours, and self-awareness are the keys to thriving team cultures. My experiential workshops help teams get unstuck, see themselves clearly, and take practical steps toward stronger relationships, healthier dynamics, and more intentional leadership."
