Jess Keenan is a dynamic facilitator and the founder of Leading Change Experiences, dedicated to developing grounded leaders and and building connected, emotionally and behaviourally intelligent teams that optimise their time and energy. Jess is a devoted mother and leading the way in human development through equine-led experiences. She is passionate about the human side of leadership—where self-awareness, emotional fitness, communication, and people skills drive real transformation.

With a background spanning corporate agriculture, family farm businesses, direct sales, and social-emotional development programs, Jess understands the complexities of leadership in people-driven environments where change and uncertainty are constant. She specialises in bridging communication gaps, developing emotionally mature team cultures, and helping leaders and staff build self agency to navigate evolving challenges and "unknowns" with calm confidence.

Jess’s facilitation is hands-on and deeply intuitive, integrating behavioural profiling, emotional culture, and experiential learning to uncover blind spots, strengthen leadership presence, and improve decision-making. Jess is a leader in the field of human development through equine-led experiences. In her workshops, she partners with the unique wisdom of horses as leadership mentors, guiding individuals and teams to cultivate trust, adaptability, congruence and emotional intelligence in real time.
